Under general supervision, the management analyst conducts complex analytical research; designs and administers surveys and other data-gathering tools; collaborates with Project Managers and project team members in the analysis and preparation of recommendations and implementation plans for clients, including written reports and visual presentations; participates in project planning oversight; supports strategic planning efforts; coordinates workload with Project Managers and analyst team; and performs related duties as assigned.

Special Advisor, Public Works


Management Partners is seeking public works professionals, including retirees, to assist local municipalities with short-term assignments and projects. Ideal candidates will have served as a deputy or department director in a local government public works organization; the ability to plan, organize, schedule, coordinate and direct public works functions, including
streets, solid waste, water and sewer utilities and engineering; have a desire to perform project-related work and sharing their skills in serving communities on a part-time basis, as needed; and effectively work in a remote environment, with travel optional.
