Dave Collinsworth has more than 30 years of management and leadership experience serving Ohio municipalities, including 23 years as a city manager. He served most recently as city manager of Westerville, where he managed a $185 million budget with more than 430 employees, created the nation’s first municipal fiber network and data center complex established as a self-supporting enterprise, and led extensive infrastructure upgrades and capital improvement projects. As city manager for Tipp City, Dave increased General Fund Reserves by over 75% during tenure and oversaw development of joint water treatment plant and related infrastructure. He also served as Assistant City Manager in Miamisburg. Dave is an International City/County Management Association (ICMA) Credentialed Manager; former president of Ohio City/County Management Association (OCMA); and a member of Central Ohio Mayors & Managers Association.
