Pat Healy has over 46 years of municipal government experience. After serving as a management intern for the City of Tempe, Arizona, Pat began her career in the City of Los Angeles, California as an analyst in the Public Works Department. In 2000, Pat was appointed as the clerk of the council in the City of Santa Ana. She has worked for over 30 years in various responsible positions including chief management analyst and executive officer in the office of the city clerk. In her capacity as executive officer she directed the work of over 400 employees performing the activities of the city clerk’s office, including tax and permit enforcement, council and public services, election activities, records management, systems, and, fiscal and personnel services.
Following her retirement from Santa Ana, she has conducted municipal elections and/or managed city clerk operations on an interim basis for the Southern California cities of Fountain Valley, Bell, Commerce, and Rancho Santa Margarita. She also served as an elections consultant for the city of Signal Hill in a recent general municipal election.Back
