Linda Barton joined Management Partners in June 2012. She was appointed to the position of city manager for the City of Livermore in February 2001. She has had an extensive career in public management spanning more than 35 years. During that time she served as city manager in Livermore, California; Burnsville, Minnesota; and Bedford, Texas.
Prior to those appointments she served as deputy city manager in Corvallis, Oregon, and Bellevue, Washington. She is a member of the International City/County Management Association and holds a credentialed city manager certification. She has been active in many professional associations and has held leadership positions in many, including past president of the Alameda County/City Managers Association, the City Manager Department of the League of California Cities and the California Redevelopment Association.Back
